Not drinking enough water also makes your skin look dry as your body is not able to produce sweat naturally which is important to keep your skin from looking parched. Hence, make sure you drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and hydrated.

A dehydrated body desires for more food as the brain confuses thirst with hunger. This may result in you putting on unnecessary weight. You may also feel very bloated due to fluid retention from not drinking enough water.
